Sizes: 120 Sqm (Total 600 Plots) & 162 Sqm (Total 300 Plots) Allotted in Area / Sector - 22D on Yamuna ExpresswayPayment Plans: Payment Plan 1: 100% of the total cost (including registration fee) to be paid within 60 days from the date of issue of allotment letter.
Payment Plan 2 50% of the total cost (including registration fee) to be paid within 60 days from the date of issue of allotment letter. Remaining 50% shall be payable in 2 equal half-yearly installments with interest @12% p.a. on reducing principal amount at the end of each half yearly.
Payment Plan 3 30% of the total cost (including registration fee) to be paid within 60 days from the date of issue of allotment letter. Remaining 70% shall be payable in 8 equal half-yearly installments with interest @12% p.a. on reducing principal amount at the end of each half yearly. Frequently Asked Questions: Que 1. Is resale allowed in 22 D plots? Answer: Yes, resale is allowed in these plots but only after registry. The unregistered plots (before registry) are not allowed for transfer.

Que 3. Is Bank loan possible on these plots? If yes, how much? Which all banks do loan? Answer: Yes, As these plots are registered plots, bank loan is given on these plots. The bank loan is mostly up to 70% of the agreement sale value or Circle Rate. Most of the banks including SBI, BOB, PNB, ICICI, PNB, LIC Housing Finance and HDFC provides bank loans.
Que 4. What is rate of interest on Bank loans? Is this home loan or Similar? Answer: The rate of interest is similar to home loan, this is plot loan and can be converted to home loan if you do construction on the plot.
Que 5. What is transfer process in resale? Answer: The transfer process is very easy with Square Meters Realtors. We have explained it in few simple steps 1. You choose any registered plot do token (approx 10%) at the time of booking/ agreement with Square Meters. 2. Pay 95% of the amount at the time of transfer (TM/ Transfer of Memorandum) and balance 5% on registry.

Que 7. What is construction time? Answer: The construction time starts from Possession letter. It is 3 years after the date of possession letter given. The possession letter is generally given within 15-30 days after registry is done.
Que 8. How much construction is allowed? Answer: Maximum 75% construction is allowed and minimum 50% for completion. The maximum number of floors are 3.5 including ground floor. The basement is allowed as well.
Que 9. How much is the distance from Airport, Film City and Pari Chowk from 22 D Plots? Answer: The Airport is approx 15 KMs from 22 D where upcoming film city is approx 5 KMs and Pari chowk is approx 18 KMs from these plots.
